  • 4th Coaching Survey: an Asia Coaching Benchmark; CHINA | INDIA | HONG KONG

This unique study borne out of a collaboration amongst seven coaches and HR professionals from Shanghai, New Delhi, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Brussels has several firsts and is therefore special. It is the first study of its kind done simultaneously in 3 markets. Three dimensional in perspective, it was designed by both academia from Tongji University and practitioners from the industry. Valuable input was sought from three sources - company representatives, internal and external coaches. The findings will reveal insights about the markets, how evolved they are, and throw light on the way forward in this field. It will also dispel some common myths regarding coaching in these markets and Asia in general.

A ‘must attend’ for coaches and clients interested in or operating in Asia. The project team would also like to invite researchers and coaches in other Asian countries to join future coaching studies.
